Smart Education is recruiting qualified Primary Teachers (QTS) to work across primary and specialist SEND schools in the Daventry area. These schools support pupils with a range of special educational needs (SEN) including autism, SEMH, communication difficulties, and complex learning needs. Teachers will be part of a nurturing, inclusive environment where pupils receive personalised education and support to reach their full potential.

Job Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Ability to plan and deliver differentiated lessons
• Strong behaviour management and communication skills
• Child or Child/Adult DBS (or willingness to obtain)
• Valid passport
• Ability to provide 24 months of employer or academic references
Role Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to individual needs
• Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development
• Implement and follow individual education or behaviour plans
• Promote independence, confidence, and positive learning behaviours
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and external specialists
